Construction of a Building for Tourism Mills – Quinta da Roeda | Pinhão

The intervention involved the total demolition of the existing two-story building and the metal exterior roofs.
On the implantation of the same, it is intended to build a new building. Inside, three new granite presses were built.
Creation of sufficient area in the surroundings, for the placement of casks and wooden tunnels for the aging of the wine produced in them. The work also included the construction of a set of male and female sanitary facilities and a mixed compartment with valence for the disabled, which will be located at the top East of the building. In terms of exterior arrangements, a new terrace was created, with a metal structure in the form of a branch, new walkways in the building envelope, a new staircase connecting the Multipurpose Building and a new garden.
